| The main
building is three stories high with the two upper residence
floors opening to the east onto a central courtyard and a
lower floor with an office, storage facilities and an independent
two room apartment opening to the west. The Ground Floor has
four double bedrooms and one single, two bathrooms, and an
auxiliary kitchen. The upstairs has four doubles, two singles,
and two bathrooms. Each of these floors has a 250 sq. ft.
common corridor.
"La Torre", an apartment over the church/studio
has an independent entrance, a double bedroom, a single bedroom
and a bathroom. Most of the rooms feature antique furniture
tied to the legacy of the buildings and paintings and prints
by founder Enza Quargnali and have sweeping vistas of Monte
Torre Maggiore and the surrounding foothills of the Appennine
mountains.
