An independent building on the courtyard houses the modern, well equipped kitchen and a 400 sq. ft. glass enclosed dining area with seating for about thirty people. Antique stone walls and giant wood beams add to the atmosphere.

which opens to the west has a well equipped office, large wine cellar, storage and furnace rooms and…"La Foresteria"…a beautiful independent 375 sq. ft. 2 room apartment with private bath built under the front entrance to the church/studio. Recently rennovated it is ideal for an adjunct study space or private apartment.
Below the main building is the "Casetta", a recently rennovated 1000 sq. ft. structure on two levels with two bedrooms , bath, kitchen, living room, printmaking studio, and the handyman’s workshop.
There are other freestanding buildings, many terraced gardens and a large vegetable garden.
